Alternative to aggressive cosmetology

Self-acceptance and body–mind work instead of endless injections

When "beauty injections" stop helping

Many women come to cosmetologists with similar requests: remove wrinkles, make lips a bit fuller, "refresh the face" before an important event, correct jawline, reduce signs of fatigue. The standard offer often includes Botox injections, hyaluronic acid, fillers, PRP, plasmolifting, biorevitalization.

The issue is that some of these procedures have only short-term effects and some carry risks: asymmetry, swelling, fibrosis, tissue depletion, psychological dependence on injections and the feeling that you cannot leave home "without a touch-up". Anxiety grows, comparisons with others intensify, and the sense of "never good enough" appears.

A comprehensive program instead of aggressive cosmetology

Working with self-image

Instead of fighting the face and body, we explore where rigid beauty standards, fear of aging and the need to "be perfect" for others come from. We use psychosomatic and constellations-based approaches to restore connection with oneself and the body, reduce inner criticism and constant comparison.

Scientific view on procedures

We discuss how Botox, fillers, hyaluronic acid injections, PRP and plasmolifting work from the perspective of anatomy, physiology and research. Where there is evidence-based effect and where marketing dominates; what risks exist for facial muscles, tissues and mental health. This helps you make informed decisions instead of acting out of fear.

Posture, breathing and facial tone

Head, neck and upper back alignment affects facial contour, nasolabial folds and puffiness. Through work with posture, breathing and neck–shoulder muscles we reduce chronic tension and blocks that are often mistaken for "aging" or "ptosis". This is more about rehabilitation than cosmetology.

Yoga and gentle body practices

Individual yoga with a rehabilitation specialist, gentle stretching and relaxation practices, work with body blocks. When the body feels grounded and supported, the face naturally becomes more alive and soft: gaze, expression and posture change.

Support with anxiety and PTSD

A separate block is dedicated to working with anxiety, traumatic experiences, PTSD and panic attacks. The wish to "freeze" the face with Botox or "erase" emotions is often linked to past pain and unbearable feelings. We work so that taking care of appearance is not a side-effect of suppression, but a result of a kinder relationship with yourself.
